Anchmold Enameling dies are commonly used to apply an insulating layer around a solid or stranded wire. The enameling guide controls the size and shape of the insulating material around the wire.
Anchmold Enameling dies are manufactured with a mirror polish and no sharp edges to ensure optimal insulation material flow and easy threading.Super-hard material inserts in the wire guides, primarily tungsten carbide (TC) and diamond (PCD), ensure long tool life even at high enameling process speeds. All coating dies will be equipped with a solvent-resistant laser inscription for an optimal identification.
