Anchmold Group AM-UPM-250 ultrasonic polishing machine is used to recut and repolish the diamond wire drawing die from 0.3 to 8.0 mm.The major improvement of this machine is the turntable automatic swing mechanism, the generator uses the ransistor to improve the power output. It improves the ultrasonic transducer design and adopts the direct air-cooling technology. When it works, it can change the distance between the magnet guide and adjust the working pressure by adjusting the dial. The machines are easy to use and are known for their consistency, their optimum control over the die geometry, low maintenance, and high flexibility.
Standard needle size are 2.0 mm diameter fitted into needle holders. Needle changeing is simple and up to 20 dies can be worked with a single needle. Needle into the needle holder quickly and without brazing or clamping. It takes a few seconds and secures a perfect ultrasonic transmission from the head down to the tip of the needle.
